My initial answer would be “none”. He came forth in 1500m (1952 Olympics) and then only broke the 4 minute mile on the 1954 Iffley Road Track. He went on to pursue his career in medical research. I cannot remember him competing in the olympics after that.
And he felt that his greatest accomplishments were in medicine, not in athletics.
