Sounds like it’s what the Berlin Wall would have been labelled.
That’s what it is. Clearly they weren’t going to call attention to its actual purpose. Saying it was to keep out fascists was much more palatable.
I’m pretty sure they shot a lot more of their own people trying to get out than “fascists” trying to get in.
