Use of toilet facilities by spectators?
Pretty close. But it’s not exactly that. (We would likely give you credit for that at a live show, because it’s not wrong.)
Can you refine the answer a bit?
It’s either electricity consumption (kW) or water usage in Melbourne. My bet is water consumption.

It’s water use. Because people wait until the breaks to use the toilet.
